Compassionate spiritual care for patients and families
At Signature Care, we recognize that end-of-life care is about more than physical comfort — it is also about finding peace of mind and heart. Our hospice chaplains are available to support patients and families with spiritual work and counseling, always respecting each person’s personal faith, beliefs, or values.
Our chaplains provide:
Gentle listening and encouragement
Guidance for spiritual questions and reflection
Prayer, scripture, or rituals (if desired)
Support during times of uncertainty

Adrian Martin
Bereavement Coordinator
“When I see patient’s faces light up when I walk in and share God’s love, sing a hymn while holding their hand and gazing into their eyes, it gives me such a sense of confirmation that what I do makes a difference for them and their families. I enjoy getting to know the families of those I serve and am honored to walk alongside them.”
Bereavement Services for Families
Our care doesn’t end with the patient — it continues with the family. We know the grief journey begins long before a loved one passes and extends well after. That’s why our bereavement team provides ongoing support, tailored to each family’s needs.
Our support includes:
Counseling and check-ins during the illness
Guidance and comfort immediately following loss
Continued support for 13 months after a loved one’s passing
Resources, support groups, and compassionate follow-up
Because families deserve the same care and compassion we provide to patients.
